01Agreement & Scope

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of AIgentech.com and related pages and online features that link to these Terms (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Site.

If you use the Site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to act for that organization. You must have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

02Services & Client Agreements

The Site provides information about our AI automation, enterprise integration, consulting, and software work, and ways to contact us. Descriptions, examples, and materials on the Site are for general information. Submitting an inquiry does not establish a client relationship or commit either party to a project.

Paid services, deliverables, fees, payment schedules, cancellation rights, confidentiality, and support are governed by a separate written agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms concerning those services, the separate agreement controls. Products or features described as in development may change or may never become available.

03Acceptable Use

You may use the Site for lawful purposes, including evaluating our services and contacting us. You agree not to:

• Violate applicable law or infringe another person’s rights;
• Submit fraudulent, misleading, unlawful, or malicious material, or impersonate another person;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data, or bypass security controls;
• Introduce malware, send spam, or interfere with the Site’s operation or availability; or
• Use automated tools in ways that overload the Site or circumvent access restrictions.

04Intellectual Property

The Site’s content, branding, design, and code are owned by AIgentech or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view the Site and keep copies of publicly available materials for your personal or internal business evaluation, provided you retain ownership notices.

Except as permitted by law or an applicable license, you may not republish, sell, distribute, or modify our materials without written permission. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Rights in client deliverables are determined by the applicable client agreement.

05Information You Submit

You retain ownership of information you submit to us. You give us permission to use that information as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry, evaluate your request, and provide services you request, subject to our Privacy Policy and any applicable written agreement.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to provide submitted information. Please do not send passwords, access credentials, sensitive personal information, or confidential client data through general contact forms. Arrange an appropriate secure channel and any necessary confidentiality agreement with us first.

06AI & Informational Materials

Any AI-generated examples, demonstrations, or outputs made available through the Site may contain errors or omissions. Review and independently verify such materials before relying on them, especially before making significant decisions or using them in production systems.

Site materials do not constitute legal, medical, financial, or other regulated professional advice. Examples and descriptions do not guarantee a particular business outcome; commitments for client work are set out in the applicable written agreement.

07Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and handle personal information through the Site. Please read it alongside these Terms.

08Third-Party Resources

The Site may link to third-party websites or reference third-party products and platforms. We do not control those resources, and a link or reference does not by itself constitute an endorsement. Your use of third-party resources is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

09Availability & Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Site and its informational materials are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will always be available, secure, free of errors, or up to date.

We may modify or discontinue Site features, or restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, security concerns, or legal requirements. This section does not change commitments in a separate written client agreement or exclude warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, AIgentech and its personnel will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Site.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, or removes any mandatory consumer rights. Liability relating to paid services is governed by the applicable written client agreement.

11Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms as the Site or our practices change. We will publish the revised Terms here and update the date above. Changes apply prospectively from their stated effective date. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice or request consent. Your continued use of the Site after revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.

12General Terms

If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect to the extent permitted by law. A failure to enforce a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later. These Terms govern use of the Site alongside any additional terms you expressly agree to for a particular feature.

If a concern arises about the Site or these Terms, please contact us so we can try to resolve it. Nothing in these Terms prevents you from exercising rights or seeking remedies available under applicable law.
